Med risk för att bli tjatig:

Det är inte svårt att tota ihop den ultimata årsbästalistan.

Det är omöjligt.

Det som tog andan ur mig i går eftermiddags är bara alldeles för mycket i dag - och den där pinsamma, brittiska singer-songwriterbagatellen som bara försynen räddade från minuspoäng i början av året är ju egentligen alldeles fantastiskt bra.

Men utifrån vintermörkret, lätt feber, en stukad hand och annan dagsformspåverkan, återkommande slängar av julstress och en dessutom tilltagande plattdemens, tror jag ett nedanstående åtminstone speglar mitt nu. Som det alltså redan var då.

List-PS Det var väldigt nära för en rad album; som Rufus Wainwright, New Pornographers, Immaculate Machine, Maximo Park, Redwalls, Grant Lee-Phillips, Annie Lennox, Alison Moyet, Yusif Islam, Paul McCartney och en handfull andra vanligtvis mycket pålitliga plattkort. Men någonstans måste ju gränsen ändå dras.
